Dino Adelfio - PartnerBuilt

Dino Adelfio has organized more than $150M of real estate development projects. He’s also played a role organizing acquisition and entitlements for more than 450 units across 5 major markets in California. He has experience working for Clients on privately and publicly funded projects in both the commercial and residential space. PartnerBuilt’s Clients benefit from the decade of professional experience that Dino has in RE Development, finance and entrepreneurship.

He originally received a CA Broker’s License in 2013 and has degrees or certifications in economics, public health and Real Estate. Dino worked as the business development lead for an investment firm based in NYC, received a master’s degree from Columbia University, and led two urban planning projects in downtown San Francisco.

Dino is currently preparing a Statewide Initiative - the “Building California Protection Act” - to make housing development more affordable while creating significant long-term revenues for municipalities.
