Dino Adelfio has a strong track record of success in helping clients structure and execute ground-up and value-add real estate projects. He has played a key role in supporting clients and middle-market real estate developers in the acquisition, capitalization, and development of more than 550 residential and commercial units across four major markets in California. Project values have typically ranged from $2 million to $65 million. Dino’s expertise includes strategic planning, deal structuring, aligning stakeholders, and successfully securing financing for his clients.
He obtained his California Broker’s License in 2013 and holds academic credentials in economics, public health, and real estate. Dino previously served as the Business Development Lead for an investment firm based in New York City, earned a master’s degree from Columbia University, and led two urban planning initiatives in downtown San Francisco. His experience across real estate development, entrepreneurship, and finance enables him to make disciplined decisions and consistently deliver value for his clients and their partners.
